Pleasant but the facilities could be improved Positive: I liked the location. Very convenient. I liked also the easy access and clear indications on how to access to the property. Negative: The room and the toilets were a little bit smaller than they appeared in the pictures. We have also requested a blanket we never received. I was expecting at least to get a coffee machine in the room, but it was missing. The window of the 2nd room was not opening making the room too hot.

The city pad great apartment Positive: The staff the maintenance man called silveu not sure how to spell his name went above and beyond too help us out and he's an asset to your company the room was clean and very comfortable, I will definitely come back and that's because of the customer service by silveu what a legend. Negative: Nothing every thing was spot on

Alle faciliteiten aanwezig, dicht tegen het centrum aan en betreft een complete studio Positive: Het was fijn dat in principe alle faciliteiten aanwezig waren en voor het grootste gedeelte goed werken (iets grotere tv, magnetron, kookplaat, fijne koelkast, douche die snel warm wordt, etc). Bij aankomst was de kamer schoon, enkel dat er wel wat schade al aanwezig was in de kamer. Het raam had een wat gammel mechaniek en de handdoek die wij kregen op de eerste dag zat een scheur in. Deze handdoek is snel verwisseld, goede service wat dat betreft. Ook was het fijn dat er een wasmachine was, maar ik wordt tegenwoordig wel gek van het feit dat je overal een app voor nodig hebt, zelfs om de wasmachine te gebruiken. De locatie is goed, en ligt dicht tegen het centrum aan. Mocht je ook op stap willen gaan dan liggen de beste tenten letterlijk om de hoek. Negative: Het bed had wat vervelende veren. Ook vind ik het jammer dat voor bijvoorbeeld de borg alleen een creditcard wordt geaccepteerd. Verder accepteren zij dan ook geen PayPal of cash voor deze borgsom (niet flexibel). Terwijl ik de boeking via PayPal heb gedaan op booking.com. Ik heb als tip meegegeven om flexibel om te gaan met bijvoorbeeld deze betalingen. Als iemand cash wilt betalen, moet dit ook hier een wettig betaalmiddel kunnen zijn.
